The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter
Have you tried out the Camomile Cleansing Butter from The Body Shop yet?
I tend to avoid heavily scented face products these days so this balm with its light camomile scent is ideal. I use this at nighttime and love having it as part of my quick skincare routine- for me, the less time I have to spend on routines the better and I'm sure going forward when the baby is here I'll be thankful that I've got my skincare routine down to a few minutes.
I like that this product comes in a tin, it makes it easy to ensure that I'm not wasting any of the product and ideal to chuck in my travel bag when I go away with work. The balm is suitable for all skin types and also suitable for contact lenses wearers to use.
When applying the balm it works best massaged on dry skin then removing with a muslin cloth. Once removed it leaves my skin feeling smooth, soft and hydrated.
Each tub of balm has lasted me around a month and a half with daily use; possibly a bit longer depending on how much you use per application. You only need a small amount to do the job as its oil based and spreads nicely when applied.
It’s quickly become my go-to balm cleanser this year; I find it soothing on my skin whilst really effectively removing my end of the day make up and leaving my skin feeling baby soft.
I’ve also teamed this up with the Camomile Gentle Eye Make-up remover to ensure that I avoid those panda eyes in the morning. For me, the eye make-up remover is just as good as the high end oil based removers such as Lancome.
Keep an eye out for The Body Shop 40% sales too- there is one on at the moment but they are out of stock on the balm unfortunately Also, its always worth downloading the O2 priorities app as they have offers on most of the time for money off at The Body Shop.
Let me know what you think of the balm!
XOXOX
